okay, before i make my statement, i must let you know that these are only words of my own opinion. which is...something that you can decide either to take it, or leave it. i have to say this first because unfortunately, people these days tend to take everything seriously and personally, so, i believe it is best to remind everyone before i go into details. if you disagree, it's okay, just put out a statement and i will be professional enough to listen/read your point of view. you don't need to give a professional opinion, just...anything that you disagree with and you have your own reason. no matter how silly it sounds, it still an opinion and i believe in respecting other people's opinion...which basically people rarely do these days too.

today, i went to KLCC with hunny to watch new moon...the latest twilight saga. okay, some people say it's bad, and some people say it's still cool. as for me...it's neither good nor bad. there are some good and bad things in the movie. i mean, definitely twilight doesn't even make it to my top 15 of best movie i ever watch...like i actually have a top 15 list. anyway, my point is that i believe that this movie could be better. i seriously do think so. i don't think that the story line is nonsense, for me, it is quite interesting. but the way it is presented in the movie, doesn't give you a "wow" emotion at the first glance. i mean, movies such as Lord of the Rings, Pirates of the Caribbean and Pride & Prejudice, three of my most favourite movie of all time, give me this special feeling that can make me go "wow" for more than a week when i first watch them! i'm not kidding, it's true, but unfortunately this movie failed to do so...coz i was expecting that feeling after i watch it. but, the only feeling i get was..."that's it?" yeah...it does. the ending was kinda cruel...now you definitely have to wait for the next one. at least Lord of the Rings, Pirates of the Caribbean or even Harry Potter has an acceptable kind of ending even though it has a continuation. and i don't think the original soundtrack for this movie is all that good...and i was very surprised when i learn that the music is by alexander desplat...i mean, he did such a wonderful job for music from Mr.Magorium's Wonder Emporium. But the effect such as the changing of the werewolf, are not that bad...the scenery is also very interesting. and i do beginning to understand why many people thought this movie is boring. because it's TOO SLOW. the movement of the story line is very slow, which not everyone can handle. luckily for me, i can handle slow movies, i am actually rather fascinated to understand slow movies. it's actually a challenge to watch and understand movies with slow movements within the story, such as Pride & Prejudice, Atonement, Amazing Grace...or even complicated movie such as the final chapter of POTC. I never really yawned when i'm watching this kind of movie...unless i'm really tired of course. but then again, these kind of movies don't really give me that "wow" feeling after first time of watching it...i mean, i will usually get it after like at least 3 times of watching it again. except for Pride & Prejudice, which is why it's in the top 3 of my fav movie. ANYWHO....i am going too far from the track, same thing in New Moon...it's a slow, simple, romance movie. what do you expect? lots of clawing and biting? no wonder there are people who think it is boring. but still, i know it could've been better, but, unfortunately it is not, and i can't really change that. but the story is, for me, not nonsense. there's conflict, confusion, despair, love, friendship, sorrow, vengeance...it pretty much has everything...but like i said...it could've been better but unfortunately, it is not. but i won't say that the movie is bad either, because i don't believe that it is bad...it is just not enough. i wish to get more, but i didn't, and that is the only thing that i'm not satisfied of. but the story was fine...at least i didn't yawned at all. if i am to rate this movie from the scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best...i will this give this movie a 5.
